WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated January 14, 2011, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded January 18, 2011, in Book No. 356, at Page 762, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Lawrence County, Tennessee, executed by Joshua D Bowerbank, conveying certain property therein described to Robert M. Wilson as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Bank of America, N.A., its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC.

This conveyance is made subject to the restrictions against all lots in this subdivision of record in Trust Book 202, pages 477-78, ROLCo., Tennessee.
