Sale at public auction will be on May 12, 2015 at 2:00PM local time, at the east door, Lawrence County Courthouse, 240 West Gains Street, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by David Clemons, to Larry N. Westbrook, Esq, Trustee, on October 11, 2007 at Book 274, Page 707; all of record in the Lawrence County Register's Office.
Party entitled to enforce security interest: PHH Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns
The following real estate located in Lawrence County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:
Situated, lying and being in the 10th Civil District of Lawrence County, Tennessee, adjacent to and west of Center-Red Hill Road (TN Rt.241) just south of Ware Road and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the east margin of Big Springs Fork Road and the center of Center-Red Hill Road; thence with the center of Center-Red Hill Road, South 29 degrees 57 minutes 19 seconds East, 290.62 feet and South 25 degrees 08 minutes 35 seconds East, 61.90 feet to the NE corner of Adele King (Tract #2); thence with the NBL of said Tract #2, South 73 degrees 09 minutes 15 seconds West, 216.75 feet to an iron pin in the east margin of Big Springs Fork Road; thence with the east margin of said road, North 5 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds East, 371.78 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.88 acres, more or less.
Description according to survey of J.T. Dixon, TRLS 668, dated April 19, 2000.
This conveyance is subject to all restrictions, easements, setback lines, and encumbrances of record in the Register's Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
