Beginning at an iron pin found in place, in the west margin of Pine Circle, said pin being a corner of a lot of Wesley Hayes, and being 50 feet South of the NE corner of Lot 6 of the said subdivision, and being the NE corner of this lot; thence with the west margin of Pine Circle, S 29 degrees 30 minutes W 127.0 feet to a P.K. nail found in place, the SE corner of this lot, the NE corner of a lot of Barry Kelly, (DB 215, Page 301); thence with the north line of Kelly, N 56 degrees W 144.6 feet to an iron fence post, found in place, the NW corner of Kelly, the SW corner of this lot; thence with the west line of this lot, and west line Hayes-Flippo Subdivision, N 28 degrees E 132.0 feet to an iron pin found in place, the NW corner of this lot, the SW corner of Hayes; thence with the south line of Hayes, S 54 degrees 50 minutes E 147.5 feet to the point of beginning.

Hardy, Jr., and being the east corner of this triangular lot; thence leaving the street with the common driveway, N 59 degrees W 65.2 feet to a painted mark in the west end of the driveway, the SW corner of this tract; thence N 29 degrees 30 minutes E 3.5 feet to a railroad spike in the end of the drive, in the south line of Hardy, Kelly's north line, and being the NW corner of this tract; thence with the south line of Hardy, S 56 degrees E 65.0 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described easement is subject to a sewer easement as set out in Deed Book 184, Page 397, Register's Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
