Party entitled to enforce security interest: Federal National Mortgage Association ("Fannie Mae"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, its successors and assigns
The following real estate located in Lawrence County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:
Situated, lying and being in the 8th Civil District of Lawrence County, Tennessee within the Corporate Limits of the Town of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee and being Lot No. 13 of the Hayes Flippo Subdivision, official plat of which is recorded in Plat Cabinet A, Slide 21, (formerly Plat Book 1, Page 44), ROLCo., Tennessee, by survey of H. L. Tabor, a Civil Engineer, on September 29, 1962. Said lot conveyed subject to restrictions and covenants placed on said Subdivision, which are recorded in Trust Book 121, Page 597, dated August 5, 1963, ROLCo., Tennessee.
This being the same property conveyed to Brad Brandon and wife, Neslie Brandon by deed from Arnon T. Ridgeway and wife, Odessa M. Ridgeway dated March 27, 1998, of record in Deed Book 298, Page 620, Register's Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
This also being the same property conveyed to James C. Jakes from Brad Brandon and wife, Neslie Brandon by deed dated September 5, 2003 of record in Record Book 131, Page 160, ROLCo., Tennessee.
