Sale at public auction will be on March 10, 2015 at 10:00AM local time, at the east door, Lawrence County Courthouse, 240 West Gains Street, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by Jason Bonee, a married man, and Stephanie Bonee, to NLC, Inc., Trustee, on December 29, 2004 at Book 181, Page 389; all of record in the Lawrence County Register's Office.

Situated, lying and being in the 9th Civil District of Lawrence County, Tennessee adjacent to and NW of the intersection of Lone Star Road (Airport Road) and Fleeman Circle and described as follows:??BEGINNING at the center of the intersection of Lone Star Road and Fleeman Circle; thence with the center of Fleeman Circle, North 86 degrees 25 minutes West 171.13 and North 79 degrees 10 minutes West 100 feet; thence with an electric fence, North 2 degrees 05 minutes East 243 feet to an iron pin; thence with Fleeman, South 88 degrees 16 minutes East passing through a power pole, 250.5 feet to the center of Lone Star Road; thence with the center of same, South 2 degrees 10 minutes East 265 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.54 acres, more or less.??Description in accordance with survey by J.T. Notice of this Substitute Trustee's Sale has been timely given to the State of Tennessee as required by T.C.A. § 67-1-1433(b)(1).
Terms of Sale will be public auction, for cash, free and clear of rights of homestead, redemption and dower, and the rights of Jason Bonee, a married man, and Stephanie Bonee, and those claiming through them, and subject to the right of redemption by the DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, STATE OF TENNESSEE by reason of tax lien of record in Book 403, Page 172 at the Register's Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee, subject to any accrued taxes and restrictions.
*All right of equity of redemption, statutory and otherwise, and homestead are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, and the title is believed to be good, but the undersigned will sell and convey only as Substitute Trustee.
If you purchase a property at the foreclosure sale, the entire purchase price is due and payable at the conclusion of the auction in the form of a certified/bank check made payable to or endorsed to Shapiro & Ingle, LLP.
