TRUSTEE S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated June 2, 2008, executed by LYNN ATTKISSON, ROBERT H. ATTKISSON, conveying certain real property therein described to ALAN C. BETZ , as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register's Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee recorded June 4, 2008, in Deed Book 293, Page 489-496 (Loan Modification at book 424,page 904); and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. who is now the owner of said debt; andWHEREAS, the undersigned,Rubin Lublin TN, PLLC, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee by instrument to be filed for record in the Register's Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee. NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable, and that the undersigned, Rubin Lublin TN, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee or his duly appointed agent, by virtue of the power, duty and authority vested and imposed upon said Substitute Trustee will, on March 23, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the East Door of the Lawrence County Courthouse, 240 West Gains Street, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds ONLY, the following described property situated in Lawrence County, Tennessee, to wit:SITUATED, LYING AND BEING IN THE EIGHTH CIVIL DISTRICT OF LAWRENCE COUNTY, TENNESSEE. SAID LOT IS SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD IN TRUST BOOK 274, PAGES 226-27, ROLCO., TENNESSEE AND ALSO SEWER LINES, BUILDING SETBACK LINES, ETC. AS SHOWN ON THE ABOVE REFERENCED PLAT.
