Adams and Michael Adams as wife and husband, to Paul B. Plant, as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for NetBank dated September 19, 2005, and recorded in Book 205, Page 137, in the Register's Office for Lawrence County, Tennessee ("Deed of Trust"), conducted by Padgett Law Group, having been appointed Substitute Trustee, all of record in the Lawrence County Register's Office. Default in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of said Deed of Trust has been made; and the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable.

BEGINNNING at an iron stake in the west margin of the Fall River Road, said iron stake is 505 feet South 15 degrees West from the NE comer of the above said land conveyed by the said Robert Richter and wife to John W. Jones and wife, said NE corner being also the SE corner of McCoy`s land, from said beginning corner; thence North 70 degrees West 210 feet to an iron stake; thence South 20 degrees West 105 feet to an iron stake; thence South 70 degrees East to the west margin of the Fall River Road to an iron stake in same; thence North 20 degrees East with the west margin of the Fall River Road to the place of beginning and containing one-half (1/2) acre, more or less.
