Sale at public auction will be on May 22, 2015 at 1:30PM local time, at the east door, Lawrence County Courthouse, 240 West Gains Street, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by James Adams and wife Heather Adams, to Robert M. Wilson, Jr., Trustee, on June 30, 2006 at Book 231, Page 772, Instrument No. 06004501; all of record in the Lawrence County Register's Office.

The following real estate located in Lawrence County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:
Being a tract of land located in the 6th Civil District of Lawrence County, Tennessee, and being a portion of the same property as recorded in the name of Dale Robertson (Record Book 192, Page 984, Tax Map 99, Parcel 9.27), bounded on the North by Clifton Road, bounded on the East by Childress Lane, bounded on the South by Tract 5, bounded on the West by Tract 3, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Clifton Road at the intersection with the centerline of Childress Lane and also being the northeast corner of the herein described tract; thence with the centerline of Childress Lane , South 11 deg. 20 min. 32 sec. West 105.63 feet to a point; thence with same, South 20 deg. 22 min. 50 sec. East 41.38 feet to a point; thence with same, South 56 deg. 34 min. 48 sec. East 33.35 feet to a point; thence with same, South 70 deg. 51 min. 15 sec. East 48.32 feet to a point in the centerline of Childress Lane at the northeast corner of Tract 5 and also being the southeast corner of the herein described tract; thence leaving the centerline of Childress Lane with the north line of Tract 5, South 53 deg. 02 min. 22 sec. West 31.12 feet to an iron rod set; thence with same, South 53 deg. 02 min. 22 sec. West 187.14 feet to an iron rod set in the east line of Tract 3 at the Northwest corner of Tract 5 and also being the southwest corner of the herein described tract; thence with the east line of Tract 3, North 33 deg. 02 min. 27 sec. West.187.33 feet to an iron rod set; thence with same, North 33 deg. 02 min. 27 sec. West 25.00 feet to a point in the centerline of Clifton Road at the northeast corner of Tract 3 and also being the northwest corner of the herein described tract; thence with the centerline of Clifton Road North 57 deg. 40 min. 25 sec. East 103.36 feet to a point; thence with same, North 61 deg. 16 min. 29 sec. East 153.85 feet the beginning and containing 0.94 acres by survey of Ronald C. Hinson, Tennessee Registered Land Surveyor No. 2034, Lawrence County, Tennessee dated May 19, 2006.
The above/described tract is subject to a portion of the right of way (50 feet in width) for Clifton Road and Childress Lane.
