WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated April 29, 2016, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded April 29, 2016, in Book No. 479, at Page 413, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Lawrence County, Tennessee, executed by Fred Alexander Stanfa, conveying certain property therein described to Charles E. Tonkin, II as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Investors Group, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Pingora Loan Servicing, LLC.

The said one half of Lot No. 5 herein conveyed is a 25 feet East and West and 150 feet North and South. Tract No. 2: Situated, lying and being located in the 8th District of said County and State and being Lot No. 6 in Block 8 as shown on plat of Crowder Addition to the City of Lawrenceburg with plat of record in Trust Book 40 at Pages 100-101 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Lawrence County, Tennessee.
