Situated, lying and being in the 9th Civil District of Lawrence County, Tennessee and being Lot Number 24 of the Good Hope Subdivision, a plat of which is of record in Plat Cabinet A, Slide 49, Register's Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning on an iron pin on the South margin of Good Hope Road and the East margin of Vicki Steel; thence South 83 degrees East 130 feet to an iron pin on the South margin of Good Hope Road and the Northwest corner of Lot 23; thence South 8 degrees West 150 feet to an iron pin in the West boundary line of Lot 23 and at the Northeast corner of Lot 26; thence North 83 degrees West along the East margin of Vickie Street to an iron pin, the Northwest corner of Lot 24 and the place of beginning.
