NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated May 28, 2010, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded June 3, 2010, in Book No. 343, at Page 713, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Lawrence County, Tennessee, executed by Robin Marie Barnett and James Wade Barnett, conveying certain property therein described to Arnold M. Weiss, Esq. as Trustee for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.. NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., will, on November 3, 2016 on or about 11:00 AM, at the Lawrence County Courthouse, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. Dickey, Land Surveyor, dated March 18, 1982, as follows: Beginning at a 20 inch Sweet Gum Tree at the East edge of a road and being N 12 degrees 01 minutes 37 seconds West 336.8 feet from a corner fence post at the North edge of Glen Springs Road; thence N 12 degrees 01 minutes 37 seconds W 929.51 feet to the center of Pond Creek; thence with the center of Pond Creek N 54 degrees 53 minutes 57 seconds E 297.00 feet; thence S 11 degrees 31 minutes 43 seconds E 905.00 feet up a hollow to an existing iron pin; thence S 51 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds W 300.48 feet to the beginning; containing 5.65 acres, more or less. ALSO KNOWN AS: 5 Bernie King Lane, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464-6441 This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements, or setback lines that may be applicable; any statutory rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and to any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose.
