WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated October 15, 2015, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded October 16, 2015, in Book No. 466, at Page 396, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Lawrence County, Tennessee, executed by Ingo K. Kindermann and Racheal L. Akins, conveying certain property therein described to Title & Escrow of Lawrence County as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Kelley Mortgage, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by PennyMac Loan Services, LLC.

Situated, lying and being in the 5th Civil District of Lawrence County, Tennessee, south of Leoma, Tennessee in the Leoma Community, on the west side of Highway 43 and described as follows: Tract 1: BEGINNING on the west margin of Highway 43 and Billy Roberts northeast corner on an Iron pin; thence with the west margin of Highway 43 North 43 degrees East 120 feet to a stake; thence North 69 degrees West 436 feet to a stake with sweet gum pointers; thence South with Headrick's east boundary line and wire fence 100 feet to an iron pin with sweet gum pointers on Billy Roberts northwest corner; thence with Billy Roberts boundary line South 67 degrees East 357 feet to the beginning and being the south part of a 5 ½ acre tract, see Deed Book 122, page 92, Register's Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee. Tract 2: BEGINNING on an iron stake on the west margin of Highway 43, original northeast corner of D.V. Bedingfield and the southeast corner of the Otto Hammond lot, now Ray Eledge lot; thence with the original north line of the D.V. Bedingfield North 69 degrees West 210 7/12 feet to a fence post thence North 33 degrees East with a wire fence 22 ¾ feet to corner fence post; thence South 61 degrees East 207 ¼ feet to the beginning. INCLUDED in the above description, but EXCLUDED from this conveyance is the three hundred and eighty-eight (388) square feet conveyed to the State of Tennessee for highway purposes, shown of record in Deed Book 286, page 34, Register's Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
