WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated May 20, 2016, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded May 20, 2016, in Book No. 481, at Page 235, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Lawrence County, Tennessee, executed by Devon L. Pigg, conveying certain property therein described to David W. Kious as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Guaranty Trust Company, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Wells Fargo Bank, NA.

Land in the 11th Civil District of Lawrence County, Tennessee, in the Possumtrot Community, adjacent to and east of Buffalo Road, about 0.20 miles north of Cummings Road and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of Buffalo Road, just west of a power pole, about 0.20 miles north of Cummings Road; thence with the center of Buffalo Road, N 6 degrees 38 minutes 53 seconds east, 151.43 feet; thence with Dye, S 80 degrees 44 minutes 46 seconds, E 216.98 feet to an iron pin; thence S 64 degrees 42 minutes 06 seconds E 239.90 feet, an iron pin; thence, S 13 degrees 03 minutes 35 seconds W 174.80 feet to a point in the pond; thence N 68 degrees 58 minutes 11 seconds W 438.27 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.81 acres, more or less.
