WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated June 14, 2010, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded June 16, 2010, in Book No. 344, at Page 498, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Lawrence County, Tennessee, executed by Gabriel Lee Moore and Tina Louise Moore, conveying certain property therein described to Andrew C Rambo as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Community Mortgage, Inc., its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association.

A certain tract of land lying in the Fourteenth Civil District of Lawrence County, Tennessee, on the south side of Dugout Road, and being more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in Dugout Road at the northwest comer of the lands of David Gulley as shown in Record Book 29 at Pate 243 and the northeast corner of the lands of Larry Ray Haddock as shown in Deed Book 142, Page 531, thence running in said road South 86 degrees 52 minutes 53 seconds East 620.00 feet to a point in Dugout Road, being the True Point of Beginning for this tract, thence continuing in said road South 86 degrees 52 minutes 53 seconds East 155.00 feet, thence leaving said road miming with a line of division South 3 degrees 14 minutes 06 seconds West 30.00 feet to an iron pin set, thence South 3 degrees 14 minutes 06 seconds West 255.00 feet to an iron pin set, thence North 86 degrees 52 minutes 53 seconds West 155.00 feet to an iron pin set, thence North 3 degrees 14 minutes 06 seconds East 255.00 feet to an iron pin set, thence North 3 degrees 14 minutes 06 seconds East 30.00 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 1.01 acres of land more or less. This conveyance is made subject to applicable restrictions, building set-back lines, existing easements and to all conditions as shown on the recorded map.
