WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated December 16, 2009, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded December 22, 2009, in Book No. 333, at Page 719, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Lawrence County, Tennessee, executed by Joshua L. Fisher and Rainey Fisher, conveying certain property therein described to Tennessee Title Services as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Primelending, a Plainscapital Company, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Wells Fargo Bank, NA.

Being the south portion of a 2 1/4 acre of land conveyed to Howard King on March 1, 1971, see Deed Book 147, Pages 149/150, Register's Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee: Beginning on an iron pipe on the West margin of Shady Street; thence North 85 degrees West 250 1/2 feet to iron stake in East line of school land; thence south 5 degrees west with a fence and east line of school land 116 1/2 feet more or less to iron stake; Mrs. Nola Hunt's Northwest corner; thence South 85 degrees East 257 1/2 feet to iron stake in West margin to Shady Street; north 5 degrees East 119 feet to the beginning, containing 7/10 acre, more or less.
