WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated September 21, 2007, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded September 27, 2007, in Book No. 273, at Page 833, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Lawrence County, Tennessee, executed by Rayford W. Clifft, Sr. and Kristy A. Clifft, conveying certain property therein described to K. Thomas Sidwell of Williamson as Trustee for Tennessee Trust Mortgage, Inc.; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Selene Finance, LP.

North 4 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 50.00 feet to an iron pin set, said iron pin being the westernmost northwest corner of the tract being described, and being in the remaining property of Johnny Thompson as recorded in Deed Book 302, page 593, ROLCT; thence leaving said west R.O.W. with a new Thompson division line South 86 degrees, 47 minutes 23 seconds East, and passing an iron pin set in the east R.O.W. at 30.00 feet, in all 408.76 feet to an iron pin set, North 20 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds East 167.44 feet to an iron pin set, said iron pin being the northernmost northwest corner of the tract being described; thence continuing with said Thompson division line South 86 degrees 47 minutes 23 seconds East 945.44 feet to an iron pin set, said iron pin being the northeast corner of the tract being described; thence continuing with said Thompson division line South 20 degrees 21 minutes 17 seconds West 219.77 feet to an iron pin set, said iron pin being the southeast corner of the tract being described; thence continuing with said Thompson division line North 87 degrees 41 minutes 09 seconds West 20.00 feet to a steel fence post, North 86 degrees 41 minutes 50 seconds West 199.87 feet to an iron pin found, said iron pin being the northeast corner of Ronald Gray as recorded in Deed Book 303, page 196, ROLCT; thence with Gray North 86 degrees 47 minutes 23 seconds West, and passing an iron pin set at 1089.60 feet, in all 1119.60 feet to the point of beginning as surveyed by Kenneth Carroll R.L.S., TN License Number 1335, March 2002.
